Skiing isn’t just a holiday, it’s a feeling you can’t forget.

The Winter 24/25 campaign, Forever Young formed part of the wider Get That Feeling campaign, acting as a rallying cry to the skiing community. This campaign focused on evoking nostalgia amongst existing skiers.

From receiving the initial video edit it was my task to turn it in to a multi channel campaign that worked across all marketing channels, from OOH to merchandising and social. Using hand drawn typography and illustrations to create a feeling of nostalgia and bring out the inner child through the creative.

Outcome

Easily recognised

So far this campaign has been one of the most engaging in Crystal’s history, driving up brand recall and recognition throughout its run. It’s still in use a year later.

A persona touch

To pull on the inner-child aspect of the brief I used the Crystal brand font as a base to then draw around it in a child-like fashion to create a custom typeface that paired perfectly with the main type to create this sense that a child could be involved. To drive up the nostalgia we worked on some custom doodle illustrations, inspired by some of our old school textbooks.
