Ski inspo through your letterbox.

It was identified that we were missing some form of communication with our primary audience of experienced skiers and snowboarders. I researched and presented the idea of a mini-zine that we could mail directly to customers from our database.

The idea was well received and accepted, I lead the full design process and art directed the piece along the way. I worked alongside our data teams and production partners to make sure all of the data was handled and delivered correctly to those that needed it. This mini-zine is set to release  quarterly updating our core customers on everything that’s new and exciting from Crystal Ski Holidays, keeping the brand front of mind, and hopefully inspiring previous customers to book with us again.

Outcome

Tight timeframes

Due to some problems with accessing the data side of things the turn around time for design and production was tight, with one week for copywriters to create their pages and 10 days for the design to be finalised, it was a true sprint finish, but all deadlines were met.

This is one of the bigger print runs I’ve been in charge of, with each send going our to over 25,000 customers,, it requires high attention to detail to ensure everything is going to be reproduced as expected.
