No one should go without snow. This is the Whiteroad mission, ski holidays for all, the skinted and the minted alike.

During my time with Wasteland Ski it was decided a new brand was needed, using an existing past concept I was the driving force behind brining it back to life and putting together the complete package to speak directly to a new audience.

From initial market research, brand positioning and proposition through to the logo design, colour palette, typography pairing, asset creation and web content management, I was across it all, and the end result is one of my favourite projects.

Outcome

Building the brand

We wanted Whiteroad to appeal to everyone, so a dual colour palette of blue and coral was selected and the logo and accompanying graphic elements were too compliment with sharp lines and clear contrasts. The brand ethos all centred around hand-selected product that caters to every budget. The phrase, ‘ski holidays for the skinted and minted’ was developed to market this.

Managing the marketing

The work wasn’t done once the brand was up and running, there were HTML email newsletters to design and deliver, web content to manage and keep up to date, social media calendars to build and post and press campaigns to plan. An all encompassing time but an excellent learning experience.
